Post Graduate preferably in Commerce/Psychology/Business Admn. with specialization in HR/PG Diploma in Personnel Management. PHD in the relevant area will be preferred.
Faculty Member :
(1 Post) - Sales & Marketing of Financial Products (including TPP, Retail Banking and Non-funded Income Products)
Post Graduate preferably in Commerce/Business Admn. with specialization in Sales/Marketing/PG Diploma in Sales/Marketing. Candidates with banking/financial services experience will be preferred.

(1 Post) - Priority Sector, MSME Lending, Financial Inclusion & General Banking
Post Graduate preferably in Commerce/Agriculture with specialization in Agri-Business/Rural Development/Rural Economics etc. Candidates with strong background and experience in rural banking/agricultural banking will be preferred.

(1 Post) - Corporate Credit & Risk Management
Post Graduate preferably in Economics/ Commerce/Business Admn. with specialization in Finance, CA/CAIIB/Cost Accountant etc. Post qualifications experience in Credit Appraisal, Processing and sanctioning of credit proposals in a bank/financial institution will be preferred.

(1 Post) - Trade Finance, Treasury & Forex
Post Graduate preferably in Commerce/Business Admn. with specialization in Finance / CDCS Specialist from IFS School of Finance, U.K. Background and experience of International Trade and International Banking, Foreign Trade Policy, Export/Import Management, Treasury (Local/FOREX) will be preferred.
